So we started researching user behaviour, money habits, and what people actually needed.

That’s when Yeeld began to take shape — a smarter, more human way to manage money.

2022

Pre-seed funding secured - £600k raised

After months of refining our vision, validating the concept, and assembling a founding team, we raised £600,000 in pre-seed funding.

Backed by investors who believed in creating something radically better, we finally had the resources to bring Yeeld to life.

This was our first real step from idea to execution — and we were all in.

2023

Prototype and development
begins

With funding in place, we started building. We stripped everything back — no financial jargon, no clunky dashboards — just simple, intelligent tools that people could actually use.

The first prototypes focused on user flow, saving logic, and clarity. It wasn’t just about features; it was about making every interaction feel effortless.

We built, tested,broke, and rebuilt —and slowly, Yeeld started to take shape.

Phase 1 Seed Round – £500k raised

FCA Authorisation

A major milestone for us.

After a rigorous regulatory process, Yeeld became authorised as an Appointed Representative of an FCA-regulated principal firm, WealthKernel.

This wasn’t just a box ticked — it was proof that we’re building something trustworthy, transparent, and built to last. It gave us the credibility to go bigger — and the confidence to move faster.

2025

Phase 2 Seed Round – £500k raised

With the product close to launch and energy building around our mission, we completed the second phase of our seed round — raising another £500,000 and bringing our total funding to £1.6 million.

The next chapter was clear:

Launch, scale, and show the world what a better money experience really looks like.

2025

Official UK Launch

After years of building, listening, iterating and obsessing over the details, Yeeld officially launched in the UK.

For the first time, people had access to a money app that thinks with them — not just at them.

From smart saving and personalised insights to automated growth and effortless cashback, Yeeld was finally live.

At Yeeld, he brings decades of insight into how to connect with customers, position products, and build lasting trust. Bruce plays a key role in helping Yeeld cut through the noise and stay focused on delivering value where it counts.

Jacky Maughan

Jacky has spent his career solving problems for people — starting in frontline roles at major UK banks before stepping into entrepreneurship. He knows first-hand how disconnected most people feel from their finances, and he’s made it his mission to change that.

As COO, Jacky runs Yeeld’s daily operations with relentless attention to detail and care for the customer. He’s the heartbeat of the brand’s service culture, designing experiences that are clear, supportive, and grounded in trust.

Jacky brings discipline, empathy, and a customer-first mindset to everything we do.

Elliot Peverley

Elliot is a builder — of systems, partnerships, and large-scale operations. With over 15 years of experience in construction, development, and financial services, he’s overseen complex projects worth more than £300 million.

At Yeeld, he brings that same ability to simplify complexity and move fast without breaking what matters. He leads our product and partnerships, making sure what we build is not only smart and scalable, but truly useful.

Elliot’s mix of technical rigour and people-first thinking shapes Yeeld at every level.

Anis Aman

Anis Aman is a legal and compliance professional with deep expertise in financial services, regulation, and anti financial crime. Called to the Bar of England & Wales, Anis brings both legal rigour and practical experience as Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO.

At Yeeld, Anis is responsible for building and safeguarding the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring that innovation in finance is delivered responsibly and within the highest regulatory standards. His dual background in law and compliance gives Yeeld the assurance of strong governance as it scales.

Anis’s approach is rooted in integrity, accountability, and a commitment to protecting customers while enabling responsible innovation in fintech.

Dan is an award-winning entrepreneur and fintech founder, known for building high-performing teams and getting ambitious products into the hands of users and investors alike.

As CEO and Co-Founder of JAFA, he’s been on the frontlines of raising capital and scaling in a competitive space.

At Yeeld, Dan provides hands-on support with fundraising, growth strategy, and investor engagement. He understands the pressures founders face - and how to navigate them with clarity and calm. His insight adds real firepower to our mission.
