How Do I Change My Password or App Passcode?
Your Yeeld account is protected by two separate security credentials:
You can reset either of these if needed.
Changing Your Account Password
If you know your current password and want to change it, you can do so from your account settings.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password from the sign-in screen.
You'll then need to:
Important: For security reasons, the password reset email should be opened on the same device you're using to reset your password. The reset link is linked to that device and won't work elsewhere.
Resetting Your 4-Digit App Passcode
Your 4-digit app passcode is linked to your current login session.
If you've forgotten it, simply enter the wrong passcode three times.
You'll be automatically signed out of the app.
To regain access:
Using Face ID
If your device supports biometric authentication, you can use Face ID instead of entering your 4-digit app passcode to unlock the app.
Lost Access to Your Email or Mobile Number?
If you've lost access to the email address or mobile number registered to your Yeeld account, please contact support@yeeld.com.
We'll carry out alternative identity verification before helping you recover access to your account.
In Summary
Your account password protects your Yeeld account when signing in, while your 4-digit app passcode provides quick access to the app once you're logged in.
If you forget either one, Yeeld provides a secure recovery process to help you regain access while keeping your account protected.
