Changing to a new phone or device is simple.
Your Yeeld account isn't tied to a specific device. Instead, we use multiple authentication methods to verify your identity whenever you sign in.
If you've upgraded your phone or want to use Yeeld on another device, simply install the app or open the web app and sign in using your existing account details.
Do I Need to Transfer My Account?
No.
There's no need to transfer your account or contact support when changing devices.
Simply sign in on your new device and complete the authentication process when prompted.
Why Do I Need to Authenticate Again?
To help keep your account secure, Yeeld may ask you to verify your identity when signing in from a new device.
This helps protect your account and ensures that only you can access your financial information.
What If I've Lost Access to My Phone or Email?
