How Do I Cancel My Premium Subscription or Close My Yeeld Account?
There is a difference between cancelling your Yeeld Companion (Premium) subscription and closing your Yeeld account completely.
Cancelling your subscription downgrades you to the free version of Yeeld, while closing your account permanently removes your access to the platform.
Cancelling Your Premium Subscription
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time.
To do this:
Your Premium subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What Happens When I Cancel Premium?
Once your billing period ends, you'll automatically move to Yeeld Connect (Free).

What Happens to My Financial Products?
Before your Premium subscription ends, you should ensure that all Yeeld financial products have a zero balance.
This includes:
Once your subscription expires, these products will move into a restricted state.
During this period:
Once the balance of each product reaches £0, it will be closed and removed from your account.
Closing Your Yeeld Account Completely
If you no longer wish to use Yeeld at all, you can request the closure of your entire account.
This will close your profile, remove your access to the app, and begin the account closure process.

What Happens When I Close My Account?
When your account closure has been completed:
If you also wish to exercise your data rights, you can request the deletion of your personal data as part of the account closure process. Please note that some information may need to be retained where required by law or regulation.
