How Do I Track and Redeem My Cashback?

Guidance on tracking your cashback balance and understanding the automatic cashback process

Tracking your cashback with Yeeld is simple and transparent, all done through the Cashback section of the app. Here’s how to manage and monitor your cashback rewards:

Where to Find Cashback Information:

Navigating to Cashback: Go to the ‘More’ section in the Yeeld app and select ‘Cashback’. This will take you to the dedicated Cashback page, where you can see your total cashback balance.
Automatic Updates: Your cashback balance updates automatically in real-time, reflecting any new purchases where cashback has been earned.

Understanding Cashback Redemption:

Automatic Crediting: There’s no need to manually redeem your cashback; once your purchase is validated, the cashback amount is automatically credited to your Yeeld account balance.
Transparent Record Keeping: In the Cashback section, you can view a detailed breakdown of all cashback transactions, including the amount earned, the date, and the retailer.

By using the Yeeld Cashback Programme, you can effortlessly earn rewards that go straight to your account, providing a smooth and transparent way to benefit from your everyday spending.
