The Yeeld Rewards Programme rewards you for shopping with participating retailers.
When you make an eligible purchase using your Yeeld Visa card, Yeeld GBP Account, or an eligible connected account, Yeeld works behind the scenes to process your reward.
As more retailers join the programme every week, you'll have even more opportunities to earn Yeeld Coins on your everyday spending.
Step 1: Shop with a Participating Retailer
Simply make a purchase with one of the retailers participating in the Yeeld Rewards Programme.
Eligible purchases can be made online or in-store, depending on the retailer's offer.
Step 2: We Process Your Reward
Once your purchase has been made, Yeeld securely submits the transaction information required to the participating retailer so they can confirm that your purchase qualifies for a reward.
You don't need to submit receipts, activate offers or make a claim—everything happens automatically.
Step 3: Your Reward Appears as Pending
After your purchase has been verified, your reward will appear in your Rewards section as Pending.
This means your reward has been tracked successfully and is waiting to be approved by the retailer.
Why Are Rewards Pending?
Every retailer has its own approval period before a reward becomes available.
This helps ensure purchases are genuine and allows time for any returns, refunds or cancellations to be processed.
For example:
This process helps protect the integrity of the rewards programme and ensures rewards are only paid on completed purchases.
When Will My Reward Be Available?
Once the retailer has approved your purchase, your reward will move from Pending to Completed.
At this point, your Yeeld Coins will become available to redeem in accordance with the terms of the Yeeld Rewards Programme.
The exact approval time varies between retailers, so some rewards may become available sooner than others.
Growing Every Week
Yeeld is continually adding new retailers to the Rewards Programme.
Checking the Rewards section regularly is a great way to discover new places where you can earn Yeeld Coins on your everyday spending.
In Summary
The cashback process is simple:
The Yeeld Cashback Programme is designed to make earning rewards effortless, while ensuring rewards are only paid once eligible purchases have been successfully confirmed.
