How to Complete Your Profile Setup

A comprehensive guide to completing your profile setup

The 'My Details' section allows you to view and manage your personal information, including updating your address, contact details, and enabling additional security features. While your name is set during registration and cannot be changed, all other personal details can be updated with appropriate verification steps, including two-factor authentication (2FA).

Here’s how to manage your details:

  1. Accessing 'My Details':
    Open the app and navigate to the 'More' menu. Select 'My Details' to access your personal information.
  2. Updating Your Information:
    • Phone Number: When changing your mobile number, you must confirm it with a 6-digit code sent to your new device to ensure it's valid and accessible.
    • Address: If you need to change your address, you must upload a proof of address document, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months. This will be reviewed and verified by our customer care team.
    • Biometric Security: You can also enable biometric security, such as Face ID or Touch ID, from the 'My Details' section if you didn’t do so during the initial setup. This offers an extra layer of protection when accessing your account.
  3. Verify Changes with MFA:
    • Enabling MFA: Users can enable or disable MFA via a third-party authenticator app or opt for SMS-based MFA for added security. Any changes to these settings require entering a 6-digit code sent to your mobile device.
    • Changing Mobile Number: Enter the new number, and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the new number. Enter the code to complete the change.
    • Changing Address: To update your address, upload proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. This will be verified by our customer care team.

Regularly reviewing and updating your details helps keep your account secure and ensures that all communications reach you correctly. Remember to have all necessary documents ready for any updates, particularly when changing your address.
