Is It Safe to Use The Virtual Card Linked To My Mobile Wallet?

How mobile wallet payments keep your card details secure

Yes – using your Yeeld card through a mobile wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) is a safe and secure way to pay, both online and in-store.

When you make a payment, your actual card number is never shared with the merchant. Instead, a unique virtual card number is created for each transaction. This number is encrypted and securely stored on your device.

To complete the payment, your device will verify the transaction using a one-time security code or biometric authentication (like Face ID or your fingerprint).

So, whether you’re tapping your phone at the checkout or shopping from an app, your card details stay protected.
