Managing your Yeeld Account Plan

Yeeld offers two main account types to cater to different user preferences: the Free Account and the Premium Account. Here’s what you need to know about each account type and how to manage your plan.

Account Types:

Yeeld Free Account:

• The Free Account provides access to essential Yeeld features, including transactions, currency exchange, and investment management.
• Free account users receive 50% of the total cashback available through the Yeeld cashback program.
• A gold banner may appear at the top of the ‘More’ page, encouraging users to ‘Unlock Exclusive Premium Features.’

Yeeld Premium Account:

• The Premium Account is a paid subscription plan costing £4.99 per month.
• Offers additional benefits, including 100% cashback rewards, exclusive offers, and priority customer support.
• Features access to Penny, the AI assistant, for real-time interactive support.
• Provides enhanced security features and premium-only offers and promotions.

Managing Your Account Plan:

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your account plan at any time through the Yeeld app. Follow these steps:

Accessing the Upgrade Options:

1. Open the app and go to the ‘More’ section at the bottom of the screen.
2. You can either select ‘My Plan’ or ‘Cards’ to view your current account plan details.
3. You will also find an upgrade option through the banner at the top of the ‘More’ page stating ‘Unlock Exclusive Premium Features.’

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan:

• To upgrade from a Free Account to a Premium Account, select the appropriate option under the ‘My Plan’ or ‘Cards’ sections and follow the prompts to confirm the upgrade.
• Review the subscription cost (£4.99 per month) and payment details before finalizing.
• If you are a Premium Account user and wish to downgrade to the Free Account, you can select the downgrade option within the same section.

Subscription Management:

• Changes to your subscription plan will take effect immediately.
• Manage your subscription payments and view the renewal date within the 'My Plan' or 'Cards' section.
• If downgrading, note that you will lose access to Premium features, including access to Penny, and will receive only 50% cashback rewards.
