A comprehensive guide on finding and navigating the ‘Cards’ section within the Yeeld app

Navigating the ‘Cards’ section is crucial for managing your Yeeld card settings, monitoring card activity, ordering new cards, and accessing support for any card-related issues. This helps you maintain financial security and control your spending efficiently.

How to Navigate the Cards Section

  1. Accessing the Cards Section:
    • Open the Yeeld app and tap on the ‘More’ icon located in the main navigation menu at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a list of additional options.
  2. Finding the Cards Menu:
    • In the ‘More’ menu, scroll through the list and select the ‘Cards’ option. This will take you to the overview page for managing all your Yeeld cards.
  3. Viewing Card Details and Settings:
    • Once in the ‘Cards’ section, select the specific card you want to manage. Here, you can view details such as your card number, expiry date, and transaction history.
    • You can also view your PIN securely in this section, allowing you to retrieve it whenever necessary.
  4. Ordering a New Card:
    • If you need a replacement card or an additional card, you can order a new one from this section at a specified cost.
  5. Adding Cards to Digital Wallets:
    • You have the option to add your Yeeld card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet directly from the ‘Cards’ section. This enables quick and convenient payments using your mobile device.
  6. Freezing or Unfreezing Your Card:
    • Within the card settings, find the option to freeze or unfreeze your card. This feature is crucial if you suspect any unauthorized activity or if your card is lost or stolen.
  7. Downloading Card Statements:
    • To download a statement for your card, navigate to the card details page and select ‘Download Statement.’ This will generate a detailed report of your card transactions.
  8. Accessing the Card FAQ:
    • For answers to any frequently asked questions about your card, navigate to the ‘Card FAQ’ section within the ‘Cards’ menu. This provides quick guidance on various card-related issues and features.
  9. Returning to the Main Menu:
    • To return to the main menu, tap the ‘Back’ button or use the navigation bar at the bottom to select the ‘Home’ tab or any other desired section.

Navigating the ‘Cards’ section via the ‘More’ menu allows you to effectively manage your Yeeld cards, keep track of your transactions, and access support and additional features as needed.
