How Is My Account Protected During Sign Up?
Security is built into every stage of the Yeeld sign-up process.
Before you can start using the app, we verify your contact details and ask you to create secure login credentials to help protect your account from unauthorised access.
Verify Your Email Address and Mobile Number
During sign up, you'll be asked to verify both your email address and your mobile number.
We'll send a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) to each, which you'll need to enter into the app.

You'll also be asked to create a password for your Yeeld account.

Set Up Your 4-Digit App Passcode
Once you've signed in, you'll create a 4-digit app passcode.
This passcode is linked to your login session and allows you to quickly and securely access the Yeeld app without entering your email address and password each time.
Enable Biometric Security (Optional)
If your device supports biometric authentication, you can also enable Face ID or your device's biometric security.
This provides a faster and more secure way to unlock the app and authorise certain actions.
While optional, we strongly recommend enabling biometric authentication where it's available.
