What Happens After I Close My Yeeld Account?
Once your Yeeld account has been successfully closed, you'll receive a confirmation email and your access to the platform will end.

What Happens to My Personal Data?
We handle your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws and our regulatory obligations.
Where we are no longer required to retain your personal information, it will be securely deleted.
However, some information must be retained for legal and regulatory purposes, including requirements relating to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, tax, and financial regulation. This information is stored securely and retained only for as long as required.
Will My Transaction History Be Deleted?
No. As a regulated financial business, we are required to retain certain financial records.
This includes keeping a record of your transactions for at least seven years after your account has been closed, in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Can I Reopen My Account?
If you'd like to use Yeeld again after closing your account, please contact our support team.
Depending on your circumstances and how long your account has been closed, you may need to complete a new identity verification (KYC) process before you can access regulated financial products and services again.
