What Is A Virtual Card?

Virtual cards are digital-only cards linked to your Yeeld app, designed for secure, flexible spending online and in-store via your mobile wallet.

A virtual card works just like a physical card but lives securely within your Yeeld app — it doesn't exist in plastic form.

Each virtual card is connected to a specific Wallet in your Yeeld account. When you spend using the virtual card, the money comes directly from that Wallet, not your main account. This makes it ideal for managing budgets, subscriptions, or specific spending categories.

You can also add your virtual card to your mobile wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) to make contactless payments in person.

Please note:
Virtual cards can’t be used for spending at:

Cryptocurrency exchanges
Money transfer services
Betting or gambling companies

They also may not work for purchases that require a physical card, such as some hotel bookings or online train tickets.
