What Should I Do If I Spot Fraud or Think I’ve Been Scammed?

If something doesn’t look right on your account, act fast — we’re here to help you stay protected.

If you notice suspicious activity or believe you’ve been the victim of fraud or a scam, head to the Help section in the Yeeld app and message our support team right away. The quicker you act, the quicker we can investigate and support you.

Secure Your Card Immediately

Think someone has your card details? You can instantly freeze your card in the app:

Open the Yeeld app
Tap ‘More’
Go to ‘Cards’
Select your card and tap ‘Freeze’

This stops anyone from using it until you're ready to unfreeze it.
